Resident Doctor Luong Cong Hieu is a Cardiovascular Surgery specialist with many years of experience. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City and completed his residency in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Paris Descartes (France). He also obtained a Master’s degree and is currently a PhD candidate in the same specialty. In addition, he was awarded prestigious fellowships in cardiovascular and congenital heart surgery at the National Heart Institute (Malaysia) and Shizuoka Children’s Hospital (Japan).
Throughout his career, Dr. Hieu has worked for many years at the University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, served as Deputy Head of Department at Hoan My Saigon Hospital, and is now the Head of Cardiovascular Surgery Department at Vinmec Central Park International Hospital, where he continues to apply his advanced expertise in the treatment of complex cardiac conditions.
