Graduated with honors as a General Practitioner from the University of Health Sciences, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. He then went on to complete an Internal Medicine Residency Program with honors at VinUniversity, specializing in Gastroenterology. He also received advanced training at major hospitals both domestically and internationally, including the 108 Military Central Hospital (Vietnam), Mahidol University (Thailand), a training course in Salzburg (Austria), and the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (USA).
In addition, he serves as a clinical lecturer at VinUniversity, contributing to the training of medical students and young resident doctors.
As part of an outstanding younger generation of physicians, he actively engages in research and leads a team of young doctors, continuously exploring new areas in internal medicine in general and gastroenterology in particular. He has published numerous scientific studies in reputable national and international journals. Moreover, he has presented research findings at major conferences in Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, and Japan.
With many years of clinical experience, Dr. Nguyễn Hữu Thành, Specialist Level 1, constantly seeks advanced treatment methods to improve therapeutic outcomes and patients’ quality of life.
