Dr. Nguyen Thu Hoai, Specialist Level II, is a highly experienced physician in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her formal medical training in General Medicine at Hanoi Medical University from 2000 to 2006, followed by postgraduate specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She later earned both Level I and Level II Specializations in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hanoi Medical University. In addition, Dr. Hoai received advanced training in laparoscopic surgery at Viet Duc Hospital, robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery in Hong Kong and South Korea, and prenatal intervention at Necker Hospital in Paris.

Throughout her many years of practice, Dr. Hoai worked at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Thanh Nhan Hospital, before joining the Women’s Health Center at Vinmec Times City International Hospital, where she currently serves as Head of the Gynecology Department. Her clinical practice covers a wide range of gynecological conditions, including the treatment of infections, precancerous lesions, menstrual and hormonal disorders, menopausal and perimenopausal care, as well as both laparoscopic and open surgeries for uterine fibroids and ovarian cysts. She also performs cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries for the genital and pelvic floor areas.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Hoai has been actively involved in research and academic work. She has contributed to a national-level research project and more than ten domestic studies, including two publications in international journals, with results that have significant practical applications in diagnosis and treatment. As a clinical lecturer at VinUni, she is also engaged in teaching and mentoring medical students.

For her dedication to patient care, education, and research, Dr. Hoai has received several prestigious honors, including the Dang Thuy Tram Award, the title of Outstanding Young Physician of Hanoi, and the Second Prize at the Hanoi Youth Technical Innovation Competition.
