MSc. Pham Hoai Thu’s is a qualified psychologist having successfully completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology in Australia and Master of Clinical Psychology in Vietnam. She is also a graduate of the intensive VinMec International Hospital Clinical Psychology Registrar training program in Hanoi.
Pham Hoai Thu has expertise in the specialized fields of trauma including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD. Additionally, she is trained to assist those people suffering from unresolved grief following loss or the death of loved ones.
MSc. Pham Hoai Thu has been trained in and applies therapies across the age ranges from children, adolescents to adults and older people, with a specific emphasis on supporting people struggling with the impact of trauma or suffering from unresolved grief and loss. Specialized therapies include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Attachment-Focused EMDR (EMDR-AF); Internal Family Systems (IFS); Trauma-Adaptive Yoga; and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Grief (CBT: Grief-Help).
In addition, Psychologist Pham Hoai Thu is trained in working with psychological challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, and personal and group identity within the LGBTQ+ community.
