MSc, MD Dr. Pham Thi Thu Huong currently serves as Head of the Department of Gastroenterology – Interventional Endoscopy at the Center for Gastroenterology – Hepatobiliary – Urology, Vinmec Times City International Hospital. 

Dr. Huong has many years of experience in digestive and hepatobiliary medicine, and has undergone advanced training in interventional endoscopy at Bach Mai Hospital, Viet Duc Hospital, and in Singapore. She is an active member of the Vietnam Gastroenterology Society, the Vietnam Digestive Endoscopy Association, and the Hanoi Gastroenterology Association. 

In her clinical practice, Dr. Huong provides comprehensive services in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary diseases. She conducts diagnostic endoscopy of the stomach, colon, and small intestine, cancer-screening endoscopy, interventional endoscopic procedures to treat intestinal lesions, and endoscopic ultrasound for evaluation of submucosal tumors or biliary–pancreatic conditions. 

She has contributed to research projects such as “Study of Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric–duodenal disease in patients from 2004 to 2007,” and is currently involved in projects on “Stem cell transplantation for cirrhosis” and “Colorectal cancer screening in Vietnam. She also teaches at VinUniversity as an endoscopy lecturer.
