Master, Dr. Phan Ngọc Hải has many years of experience in Pediatrics and Neonatology. He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2012, completed a Pediatric Residency in 2015, and obtained a Master’s degree in Pediatrics the same year. 

Over more than a decade of practice, Dr. Hải has worked at major hospitals such as Da Nang Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and Hoan My Da Nang Hospital, gaining valuable experience in diagnosing, treating, and caring for newborns as well as managing pediatric emergencies and resuscitation. 

Currently, he works at the Pediatrics – Neonatology Department, Vinmec International Hospital Da Nang, where he provides comprehensive pediatric care, newborn care, and critical care services for severely ill children. 

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hải actively participates in teaching and mentoring medical students and young doctors, and contributes to research and scientific reports in Pediatrics and Neonatology.
