Master, Specialist Level II Phung Thi Ly currently works in the Obstetrics Department at the Women’s Health Center, Vinmec Times City International Hospital, bringing many years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. After completing her residency in the specialty, she has continued to update her professional knowledge through basic and advanced training courses domestically and abroad. Dr. Ly is a member of the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) and the Vietnam Society of Reproductive Endocrinology (HOSREM), participating in community initiatives to promote women’s reproductive health.

In her clinical practice, Dr. Ly provides a wide array of services including prenatal ultrasound, pregnancy monitoring, prenatal diagnosis, and gynecological care for conditions such as fibroids, ovarian cysts, cervical ectropion, and polyps, as well as managing perimenopausal and menopausal disorders. She also performs procedures such as cervical examination and biopsy, gynecologic minimally invasive surgery, and family planning consultation. On the research front, she has contributed to studies such as assessing coronary heart disease risk using the Framingham score and quality-of-life research following total hysterectomy. She also participated in research on clinical characteristics and neonatal outcomes among pregnant women carrying Group B streptococcus.
