Doctor of Specialty II, Master Thai Bang is a leading expert in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology with over 20 years of rich clinical experience. Currently, the doctor holds the position of Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Vinmec Smart City International Hospital. 

Dr. Thai Bang received comprehensive training, graduating with a Medical Doctor degree, a Master's in Obstetrics (Hanoi Medical University), and a Specialty II degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy), along with numerous advanced certifications in Prenatal Diagnosis, Assisted Reproductive Technology, and Laparoscopic Surgery. Notably, Dr. Thai Bang is one of the first doctors in Vietnam to be trained in Gynecological ROBOT Surgery.

Throughout his career, the doctor has accumulated in-depth expertise through many important roles, including working at the Central Maternity Hospital, Vinmec Times City International Hospital, and previously serving as Hospital Director/Professional Director at Vinmec Nha Trang. 

His professional scope encompasses a full range of high-level techniques in Obstetrics and Gynecology, from prenatal diagnosis (such as fetal morphological ultrasound, amniocentesis, fetal biopsy), obstetric examination and surgery (normal delivery, C-sections), to the treatment of gynecological diseases (ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, gynecological cancers) and infertility/family planning. The doctor is also an active member of the Surgical ROBOT Association and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
