Dr. Tran Thai Bao is currently a Pediatrician and Neonatologist in the Department of Pediatrics and Neonatology at Vinmec Phu Quoc International General Hospital. As a young physician with comprehensive professional training, Dr. Bao completed the residency program at VinUniversity on a full scholarship and received specialized training at the Vietnam National Children's Hospital.
Throughout his academic and professional journey, Dr. Bao has completed various advanced training courses, including Basic and Advanced Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Neonatal Resuscitation in the Delivery Room and Operating Room, Difficult Airway Management, Mechanical Ventilation, and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT). These qualifications have equipped him with a solid foundation in pediatric emergency and critical care, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal and pediatric conditions ranging from common illnesses to complex cases.
Before joining Vinmec, Dr. Bao was a resident physician at the Vietnam National Children's Hospital, where he participated in research and co-authored the scientific publication “Acute Kidney Injury in Pediatric Cancer Patients at the Vietnam National Children's Hospital.”
