Master, Medical Doctor Trịnh Văn Đông is a dedicated doctor in the specialty of Diagnostic Imaging, currently working in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Vinmec Ha Long International General Hospital.
Dr. Đông possesses many years of clinical and teaching experience, having earned his Master’s degree in Diagnostic Imaging from Hanoi Medical University (2014-2016) and his Medical Doctor degree from Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
Throughout his career, Dr. Đông served as a lecturer in the Diagnostic Imaging department and a doctor at Hai Duong University of Medical Technology Hospital, while also gaining experience at other major healthcare facilities such as Military Hospital 7 Hai Duong, Hai Duong Pediatric Hospital, and Viet Duc Friendship Hospital.
He is currently a member of both the Vietnam Radiology Association and the Vietnam Ultrasound Association. Dr. Đông's professional services are highly diversified, encompassing modern imaging techniques like High-field 3 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) (applied to the brain, spine, joints, abdomen, and full-body cancer screening), Multi-slice Computed Tomography (MSCT) (used for polytrauma, cardiovascular, thoracic, urinary system, and musculoskeletal imaging), alongside specialized Digital X-ray and Ultrasound techniques.
Dr. Đông is also the author of the book “Computed Tomography Photography Techniques” and led the scientific research project “Image characteristics and value of 64-slice CT in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma”.
