I don't understand why I can't have a bowel movement for 3 days, and I have a feeling that food is stuck in my throat, unable to digest. While I eat enough fruit, drink 2 liters of water a day. I looked it up online, and constipation is also a sign of pregnancy. But I don't know if I'm pregnant or not, 1 month ago I had sex and used a condom.
