Uses of Patchell

How to use:

When stopping the drug, it is necessary to gradually reduce the dose; Severe renal and hepatic impairment, the average dose is 20mg/day; Post-traumatic stress disorder: Initial dose: 20mg/time/day then maintenance: 20-50mg/time/day; Elderly: The starting dose is 20mg/time/day, increasing gradually every week by 10mg, the maximum dose is 40mg/day.

3. Contraindications of the drug Patchell


Patchell is not used in the following cases:
In case the patient is sensitive to the ingredients in the drug Patchell; Do not administer to patients taking MAO inhibitors.

4. Patchell interaction with other drugs


Tell your doctor about all medications you are taking or have recently taken and your previous medical history because there may be interactions with Paroxetine, especially:
Atomoxetine, Cimetidine, Metoprolol, Procyclidine; Tryptophan drug; Anticoagulants: Warfarin, Coumadin, Jantoven,...; Heart arrhythmia drugs; Medicines for HIV or AIDS; narcotic pain relievers Fentanyl, Tramadol; Medicines to treat mental disorders - such as Lithium, other antidepressants or antipsychotics; Migraine Sumatriptan, Rizatriptan, Zolmitriptan,... Carbamazepine, Phenytoin. Patchell is used 2 weeks after the end of treatment with MAOIs and vice versa.

5. Side effects of the drug Patchell


During the course of taking the drug, you may experience the following side effects:
Common side effects: Nausea, drowsiness, sweating, muscle tremors, weakness, dry mouth, insomnia, impaired sexual function sex. dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, restlessness, hallucinations, hypomania; Uncommon side effects: Extrapyramidal reactions; Rare side effects: Increased liver enzymes, hyponatremia; Tell your doctor if other serious signs: Anxiety, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, restlessness, etc. occur while taking this medicine to avoid dangerous consequences.
