Clinically proven, Eperisone hydrochloride is effective in improving symptoms of hypertonia such as headache-type muscle spasms, dizziness, shoulder stiffness, cervical spondylosis, low back pain, and spasticity of the muscles. Tabrison is indicated in the following cases:
Treatment of spastic paralysis due to cerebrovascular disease, cervical spondylosis, spastic spinal cord paralysis, postoperative sequelae (including cerebrospinal tumours), post-traumatic sequelae (head injury, spinal cord injury), cerebral palsy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, spinal degeneration, cerebrovascular disease, other cerebrospinal diseases; Improve symptoms of hypertonia for people with cervical spondylitis, shoulder and lumbar periarthritis. Tabrison is taken by mouth, should be taken whole and taken after each main meal. Recommended dosage of tabrison 50mg: 1 tablet x 3 times/day. Dosage should be adjusted according to age and severity of symptoms (as directed by the physician).
