2018 – 2020: Resident Doctor at the Stem Cell Transplantation Department, participating in over 50 hematopoietic stem cell transplantation cases at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.

2020 – 2024: Hematology and Cell Therapy Doctor at the Center for Regenerative Medicine and Cell Therapy, Vinmec Times City International Hospital, successfully treating many cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

• Evaluation of coagulation status before and after transfusion and the effectiveness of low molecular weight Heparin in patients undergoing mesenchymal stem cell transplantation, presented at the 6th Southern Expanded Hematology and Blood Transfusion Conference.
