Prof. Takeshi Sugaya visited Vinmec Biobank
21st Nov. 2019, Prof. Takeshi Sugaya (St. Marianna University School of Medicine, Kanagawa, Japan) visited Vinmec Biobank.
Prof. Takeshi Sugaya introduced the program collaboration between Vietnam and Japan in the field of Science and Technology. Interestingly, He shared good evidence on the role of Biobank in the biomarker discovery toward precision medicine.
As a member of the National Center Biobank Network, Prof. Takeshi Sugaya introduced the Biobank Network in Japan, especially focusing on Cancer-related Biobank, Cardiovascular disease-related Biobank, and Neuropsychiatric, muscular and developmental disease-related biobank.
Importantly, we found a good way to have a further meeting focusing on a potential collaboration between Vinmec Biobank and National Center Biobank Network.
