Adults:

Community-acquired acute pneumonia: 200 mg Cefpodoxime every 12 hours for 14 days. Uncomplicated acute gonococcal infection: single dose of 200 mg Cefpodoxime. Uncomplicated urinary tract infections: 100mg of Cefpodoxime every 12 hours for 7 days. Skin and skin structure infections: 400 mg Cefpodoxime every 12 hours for 7-14 days. Children:
Acute otitis media: 10 mg Cefpodoxime/kg/day (maximum 400 mg Cefpodoxime/day in 2 divided doses) for 10 days.
