Having to go into the operating room for the second time after 9 days of giving birth due to postpartum infection, Ms. T.T.T.H. is very grateful to the doctors and nurses at Vinmec for their dedicated care and encouragement, helping her and her family feel secure during treatment.
During her pregnancy, Ms. T.T.T.H was carefully monitored by Dr. Nguyen Thi Tan Sinh, who gave her prenatal advice so that she could have a very smooth and healthy pregnancy. The birth was successful, however, 9 days after giving birth, Ms. T.T.T.H. had to be hospitalized again due to postpartum infection. There were times when she felt very pessimistic and worried about her health because she had to be treated with high doses of antibiotics. However, thanks to the doctors' encouragement and timely appearance, she and her family felt secure in their treatment, placing their full trust in the expertise, skills, and ethics of the doctors as well as the environment of Vinmec Hospital. In particular, Ms. T.T.T.H is extremely grateful because thanks to Vinmec doctors, she has kept her hope of giving birth in the future.

Today marks exactly 1 week since I was discharged from the hospital after more than 10 days of treatment for postpartum infection at Vinmec Hospital. I would like to write this email to thank you and the doctors and nurses at the hospital for your enthusiasm and care during this time.
First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Sinh very much for her monitoring, evaluation, and advice before giving birth so that I could have a very favorable and healthy pregnancy, and still be able to go to work even though the end of the year was very busy. The visits with you always made me feel secure and optimistic even though there were problems that you pointed out very clearly. I feel very lucky to have met you and been monitored by you during that time.
Talking about the second time I was hospitalized due to postpartum infection, there were times when I felt very pessimistic and worried about my health after 3 days of high-dose antibiotic treatment. Thanks to the doctors who encouraged me and always appeared promptly when I was in severe ain. Doctor Hung, Doctor Thuy, and Doctor Huong Linh also took great care of me. Entering the operating room for the second time after 9 days of the first surgery, my family and I still feel confused and worried, but after receiving direct advice from Dr. Hinh and Ms. Sinh who called to encourage me, my family and I put all our trust in the expertise, skills, and ethics of the doctors as well as the hospital environment. I would like to express my and my family's utmost gratitude to Dr. Hinh for keeping me hope of giving birth in the future. After the doctor and Ms. Sinh explained that, I once again felt very lucky to have met you and Ms. Sinh. During this pandemic and social distancing period, I don't know what else to do but send my gratitude to you via this email.
