Common Side Effects (ADR >1/100):
- Pain at the injection site
- Vein irritation and phlebitis
Less Common Side Effects (1/1000 < ADR < 1/100):
Electrolyte imbalance (e.g., hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypophosphatemia)
Rare Side Effects (ADR <1/1000):
- Edema or water intoxication
- Dehydration due to hyperglycemia (if infused too rapidly or for prolonged periods)
4.2. Side Effects of Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
- Severe allergic reactions are rare.

5. Precautions When Using Pantogen 250ml
Due to its D-pantothenol content, patients requiring succinylcholine must wait at least 1 hour after Pantogen infusion before administration.
If neostigmine is required, it should be administered at least 12 hours after Pantogen infusion.
There are no reliable studies on the safety of Pantogen 250ml in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using Pantogen in these cases.
