Total dose for parenteral nutrition: 500-1000 ml combined with Dextrose or another compatible solution administered through a central vein within 24 hours.
The dosage is adjusted based on symptoms, age, and body weight.
3. Contraindications for Aminoleban
As recommended, Aminoleban is contraindicated in the following cases:
- Severe renal failure.
- Disorders of water and electrolyte metabolism.
- Disorders of amino acid metabolism caused by non-liver-related conditions.
- Severe heart failure.
- Precautions should be taken when using Aminoleban for: patients with extreme acidosis, severe debilitation, and severe dehydration, and patients with congestive heart failure.
4. Side Effects of Aminoleban

- Increased level of ammonia in the blood (Hyperammonemia).
- Acidosis may be caused by infusing a large volume of solution or rapid infusion.
When Aminoleban is combined with alkaline-stable drugs or water-insoluble drugs, precipitation may occur. In this case, the solution should not be used.
When infusing this solution with other drug solutions, checking for cloudiness or precipitation immediately after mixing is necessary before and during infusion to minimize drug incompatibility risks.

5. Precautions When Using Aminoleban
Before use:

During use:
Infuse slowly through the peripheral venous system.
It is recommended to change the skin area or stop the infusion if vascular pain occurs.
