How to use:

- Dissolve one effervescent tablet of Calcium Sandoz 500mg in a glass of water (about 200ml) and drink immediately. Do not swallow or chew the tablet.
- Calcium Sandoz 500mg can be taken with or without food.
Dosage for adults:
Take 1–3 tablets of Calcium Sandoz 500mg daily (equivalent to 500–1500mg of elemental calcium).
Dosage for children:
Take 1–2 tablets of Calcium Sandoz 500mg daily (equivalent to 500–1000mg of elemental calcium).
Handling missed or overdose doses:
- Missed dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
- Overdose: If an overdose occurs and unusual symptoms appear, contact your doctor or medical center immediately for guidance.
