Trained in shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder arthroplasty at Bundang Hospital.

Attended an observership and short-term training in orthopedic surgery at Osaka University in 2023, and trained with Professor Sugaya (a world-leading expert in shoulder and elbow surgery) in Tokyo in 2024.

December 2021: Successfully defended PhD thesis in Medicine at Hanoi Medical University.

2021 – July 2025: Head of Upper Limb Surgery, Northern Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Vinmec; concurrently Head of Upper Limb Surgery Unit, Department of Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Vinmec Northern Region.

August 2025 – Present: Director and Orthopedic Surgeon at Vinmec Hai Phong International Hospital.
