Sore throat, nausea should be treated like?

Ask
Hello doctor! Currently, I have a feeling of being stuck in my throat, waking up in the morning brushing my teeth, vomiting, and spitting up white sputum. There are no other symptoms left. Previously, I went to the hospital to be examined and was diagnosed as: Gastroesophageal reflux syndrome. Recently, I went for a check-up and was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis. So the doctor asked me now, should I continue with gastric reflux or treat sinusitis first? Because the feeling of being stuck in the throat, it makes me very uncomfortable. Thank you doctor!

Hello! When and how long have you been treated for GERD? You should go back to a gastroenterologist to re-evaluate your condition and have a specific treatment plan for your throat problem.
You can go directly to a hospital under Vinmec Health System to get a doctor's examination and treatment direction as soon as possible. I look forward to meeting you and talking more about your health. Best regards.
