1. Stress has both physical and mental effects


Physical impact can again be divided into external impact and internal impact. External impacts include illness, injury, noisy environment, food additives; Alcoholic beverages, allergens,... Internal effects include lack of exercise, nutritional imbalance, irregular activities, in addition to women causing menstrual disorders.
Neurological effects can be divided into two categories. One is social stress, which stems mainly from relationships at school, work, and family. The second is personal psychological stress, which occurs when you lose a loved one, when you are betrayed, when you are discouraged, and when you are under the pressure of emotional violence.

2. Meditation and Yoga help us relieve stress?

Just practicing meditation for 10 minutes a day regularly will help us reduce anxiety, relax and bring more peace to the soul.
