- Pus discharge from the urethral opening in the morning: On waking up, there could be a discharge of yellowish or whitish mucus-like material at the urethral opening. This pus discharge may come from the kidneys, bladder, ureters, prostate, or urethra. The pus may be thick or thin, depending on the cause; it may be white and cloudy, white and clear, or yellow.
- Penile redness and pus discharge:Penile pus discharge is often accompanied by swelling, redness and red small swollen spots on the genitals. Some cases where the redness occurs without pain, whereas some present painful symptoms;

Candida usually thrives in moist body parts like the mouth, esophagus, genitals,... Symptoms may include: White or yellowish pus penile discharge, burning while urinating, Itching and redness at the glans, pain during sexual intercourse or ejaculation.
2.2. Chlamydia
This disease is caused by a bacterium, Chlamydia Trachomatis. It is predominantly high-risk sexually transmitted diseases. The incubation period from acquiring the infection is between 1-3 weeks. The symptoms include:

Smegma is a collection of whitish secretions under the foreskin in uncircumcised men. It is not penile pus discharge but can be mistaken for it.
Smegga is a normal, harmless secretion that lubricates and keeps the area moist. It also collects sebaceous glands, dead cells, and urine if not cleaned regularly. When accumulated, this creates a conducive environment for the growth of bacteria or fungus, which may cause penile inflammation.
2.7. Prostatitis
Symptoms of prostatitis include:
White, cloudy penile discharge
