  • Prepare: 60g eddoe, 200g freshwater crab and a bunch of water mimosa;
  • How to make: Remove the shell and shell of the freshwater crab, then wash, crush and filter to get the water from it, add fish sauce and salt to taste. With the eddoe, peel, wash, and cut into bite-sized pieces. As for the water spinach, take the leaves and young stems, remove the roots, break them into pieces and wash them.
