  • The maintenance dose is 0.1–1 mg/kg/day. Treatment should be stopped two months before restarting the drug.
  • Patients should take the drug with meals, swallow the capsules whole, and avoid direct sunlight.
  • Avoid alcoholic beverages, such as wine and beer, while using this drug.
