For the treatment of pediatric patients, the recommended dosage of Senexon-S 50-8.6 mg ranges from 10 to 20 mg/kg/day, administered at bedtime. The total daily dose should not exceed 872 mg.
- Children aged 2 to 6 years should take ½ tablet at bedtime, with a maximum dosage of 1 tablet twice daily.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years should take 1 tablet at bedtime, not exceeding 2 tablets per day.
