GDVN – At the APAS & VAAS 2025 International Scientific Conference, the Vinmec Healthcare System and VinUni University contributed a total of 15 scientific reports, including 6 presented by resident doctors from VinUni. Vinmec’s Global Footprint and the Maturation of a New Generation of Young Doctors

The APAS & VAAS 2025 International Scientific Conference, held from July 30 to August 2, 2025, is one of the largest medical science events in the Asia–Pacific region. The event is a collaboration between:

  • The 25th Annual Meeting of the Asia Pacific Arthroplasty Society (APAS)
  • The 4th Annual Conference of the Vietnam Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty Society (VAAS)
  • Co-hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Musculoskeletal Arthroscopy Society (HAS) and the Ho Chi Minh City Arthroplasty Association (HAA)

With the theme "Better Outcomes with Advanced Techniques," the conference focuses on sharing the latest achievements in joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery, especially the integration of advanced technologies into clinical treatment.

At the conference, Vinmec continued to affirm its pioneering role in the transfer and advancement of modern medical techniques in Vietnam through 15 professional reports, focusing on three key areas:

  • Application of personalized 3D printing technology in joint replacement and treatment of bone deformities;
  • Minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery in managing complex joint injuries;
  • Revision joint replacement techniques and management of postoperative complications.

These studies not only aim to optimize treatment outcomes, but also emphasize the integration of advanced techniques in rehabilitation, contributing to the preservation of mobility and enhancing the quality of life for patients.
