Slab: The sclera is the underside of the mushroom cap. When young, the fungal plate of the white canopy mushroom has a white color, when it is old, it turns gray-green, pale green and blue more clearly as it gets older. Stem: Color varies along the stem from white to gray or brown. In the upper part, close to the mushroom cap, there is a ring. Unlike other mushrooms, the base of the white stem is not bulging like a tuber and has no root capsule. Mushroom stalks are 10-30cm long.
