3. Contraindications of Asmin


Asmin drugs are not used in the following cases:
Patients with hypersensitivity to any ingredient of Asmin medicine. Patients with Porphyria Metabolism Disorders. Patients with respiratory failure, severe liver failure. Patients with peptic ulcer disease, convulsions, uncontrolled epilepsy. Patients with high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, hypokalemia or being treated with antidepressants (monoamine oxidase inhibitors). Drug addicts, alcoholics.

4. Dosage and usage of Asmin


Asmin drug use as prescribed by the doctor and the instructions for use on the package. Asmin medicine is prepared in the form of tablets, used orally, when swallowed whole, do not crush the drug. 6. Some notes when using Asmin

Cimetidine, high doses of Allopurinol, oral contraceptives, Propranolol and some antibiotics (Ciprofloxacin, Erythromycin, Fluvoxamine and Troleandomycin) can increase the concentration of Asmin in the blood, increase the effect. unwanted use. Rifampicin may decrease blood levels of Asmin. Concomitant administration of Asmin with Phenytoin, Carbamazepine or Barbiturates may result in decreased efficacy of one or two drugs. Methotrexate may decrease the clearance of Asmin, may reduce effectiveness, increase undesirable effects of the drug. Concomitant use of Asmin with Dexamethasone increases the elimination of Dexamethasone, reducing the effectiveness of the drug. Taking Asmin with sodium bicarbonate or other urine alkalinizers can lead to Ephedrine toxicity. Concomitant use of Asmin with antidepressants (non-selective mono amino oxidase inhibitors) is associated with a risk of paroxysmal hypertension, hyperthermia, and possibly death. Asmin reduces the concentration, reduces the effectiveness of some antibiotics, systemic corticosteroids, heart arrhythmia drugs (Quinidin), thyroid hormone drugs, immune drugs, high blood pressure drugs, anti-dynamic drugs. menstruation, oral anticoagulants.
