Abdominal bloating and Dry Cough: A Sign of Digestive or Respiratory Disease?

Patient's Inquiry

Hello, I have been feeling fatigued, bloated, and gassy, and I have been vomiting after eating. My body feels lightheaded, and I occasionally have episodes of unexplained fear. This is the fourth day I have been experiencing these symptoms. Fortunately, the fever and chills have reduced since the first two days. However, my sense of touch is somewhat impaired, my body remains slightly weak, and I sometimes feel nauseous. Although I have not had a dry cough, I have been producing a significant amount of phlegm. Could you please tell me what condition might cause bloating and a dry cough? Thank you.
