I have symptoms of sharp pain in my left chest, occasionally experiencing a stabbing pain with a rapid heartbeat that lasts about 3-5 seconds, accompanied by tingling in both arms and legs, usually occurring in the evening. During the day, I feel a sensation of tightness in my throat, mild dizziness, and sometimes a dull pain in my abdomen. I visited the hospital, and the doctor diagnosed me with gastroduodenitis and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
