Chào bác sĩ. Bố em bị chẩn đoán là viêm loét trực tràng. Bệnh lý như vậy thì ăn uống như thế nào và cần lưu ý gì ạ? Cảm ơn bác sĩ.

Chào bạn. Viêm loét trực tràng có nhiều nguyên nhân gây ra, trong đó có các nguyên nhân không phải lành tính, bệnh nhân cần tái khám theo đúng hướng dẫn của Bác sĩ để theo dõi các tổn thương. Chế độ ăn của bệnh lý này, tùy theo loại bệnh lý viêm loét mà có chế độ ăn cũng khác nhau, bệnh nhân nên ăn các thực phẩm dễ tiêu hóa, ăn nhiều rau xanh, trái cây, uống nhiều nước để tránh táo bón. Anh/chị có thể đăng ký khám tại phòng khám tiêu hóa để bác sĩ tư vấn kĩ hơn về vấn đề này.
