GE Healthcare – the US healthcare group and Vinmec Healthcare System have just officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement, aiming to promote the application of science and technology, optimize infrastructure, and improve the quality of human resources according to international standards for Vinmec

On July 20–21, 2023, doctors from Vinmec Central Park International General Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City) and Vinmec Times City (Hanoi) collaborated with Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital to provide medical examinations for local residents and surrounding communities.

On the morning of January 24, at the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery and Internal Medicine 2, Tan Trieu campus, K Hospital held a gift-giving program for underprivileged cancer patients, jointly organized by Vinmec Hospital and K Hospital.

In close collaboration with the Hai Phong City Red Cross and its affiliated organizations, Vinmec Hai Phong International Hospital has approached and supported medical examinations and treatment for hundreds of underprivileged individuals, including those living near the poverty line, individuals with difficult circumstances, and veterans.

For the first time collaborating with Vinmec International General Hospital in Da Nang, Dr. Scott Cordes – Chief of the Operation Walk Chicago (OW) surgical team – evaluated this as one of the most successful missions in the past 14 years. From October 22 to 26, OW doctors and Vinmec performed hip replacement surgeries for underprivileged patients in Vietnam. All cases received optimal care and recovered quickly.

From now until October 18, Vinmec is organizing a nationwide cancer screening and early detection program at 18 locations across 8 provinces and cities, aiming to benefit approximately 15,000 people.

The Thien Tam Fund under Vingroup has announced a treatment cost support program at all Vinmec hospitals from now until December 31, 2018.

Continuing a series of activities during their visit to Vietnam, top neurology experts from the University of Montreal, Canada, joined the Vinmec Central Park medical team to provide free consultations and specialized treatment guidance for complex cases, including epilepsy, movement disorders (Parkinson’s disease), and multiple sclerosis.

The program, organized by the Thien Tam Fund and Vinmec International General Hospital under Vingroup, was planned to be implemented during the first six months of 2012.

Cancer Prevention Week included two main activities: free medical examinations and screening consultations, alongside sessions sharing methods for cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment.

On June 30, 2023, the Cardiology Center of Vinmec Central Park International General Hospital organized a seminar to update knowledge and exchange treatment approaches for cardiovascular diseases with doctors from Vinh Long General Hospital. During this event, local residents also received completely free cardiovascular disease screenings.
